Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
Contact your bank, as processing time is often required.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@thrivebrandproducts.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
